Free Card
Free Card is a Windows program that implements a system for
managing a simple Car Card Operations system. The program has a database
for storing Car, Loco and Industry & Location information and a system for
printing Car Cards and Waybills. The original Excel spreadsheet
implementation was developed by Joe Eckardt and the OpSig members of
the Rose City Garden
Railway Society. The cards fit in a "standard" card box, and are
designed so that they can be easily handled while operating a hand-held
throttle and carrying an uncoupling tool in the garden.
The download includes the program install package, program documentation
and a document that describes how to build your own Card Boxes from common,
inexpensive materials (my cost is $6.99 for two!)
